We use third-party search and AI services to process search inputs, retrieve relevant public information, and prepare summaries and reports. We also use relevant public details and source information to look for photos. Saved reports may include these results, source links, and information about whether a person could be reliably matched.

Search clues, public sources, and AI summaries may contain mistakes or refer to someone with a similar name. You can contact us about information concerning you as described in Section 10.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device characteristics
• Usage and log information, such as pages viewed, interactions, request times, referring pages, errors, and security events

7. Searches and Report Access

Public information about a person may be included in a report shown to the user who requested the search. That person does not need to have an account with DeepSearch.

Saved searches and reports are associated with the requesting user's account so they can return to their results. Creating an account does not make your saved reports publicly viewable through the Service.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Searches and reports are saved to support account access and later viewing. Retention depends on factors such as:

• How long your account remains active or the Service is provided
• The type, sensitivity, and amount of information
• Security, fraud-prevention, backup, and business continuity needs
• Contractual, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal requirements
• Whether you request deletion and whether an exception applies

Deleting an account may remove or de-identify information associated with it, but some information may remain temporarily in backups or longer where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

Deleting a browser cookie does not automatically delete information already associated with an account. To request deletion of information we hold, use the contact details in Section 10.
